Dear Ralph & Elaine,

    My wife and I have had 5 of your inline probes. One on an earlier EX XS that has since been traded in and one on each of our current 2 EX II's and our current 2 DFX's.

    We have always had the probe mounted on the shaft and neither one of us see that little bit of added weight as being a problem. We absolutely cannot imagine ever being without one. I remember all to well what it was like in the old days.

    There are many, many of us in this hobby that really appreciate your efforts. Thank you so much for a great product. I will continue as I have in the past to recommend it to anyone that will listen.

Ladies and Gentlemen and esp. Ralph,

Kudos for getting my X-5 coil to me that was ordered on Thursday, and it got here through a 3 day week end on Tuesday, and Ralph personally promised me this on the phone, since Dave at Dixie was sold out, Ralph personally took my needs and stopped his busy day and made sure that coil was sent out on behalf of Dave.  I have been using your products since your DTI I meter, and have spent over 2 thousand dollars on Sovereign and Explorer coils, batteries, chargers etc, and have NEVER had a mechanical or cosmetic failure.

You will have my business for the days until someone digs me up and takes my gold crowns.
